I worked from the office for a whole year. It was hell because I had a deeply complicated boss. I just started working from home at my new jobless than a month ago. I am happy, I feel healthy. I have experienced both I would never recommend 5 days in the office, especially if the commute is over 15 mins both ways. Before the past year, it was hybrid for me. I must say that I do love hybrid- one or two days in the office is ok. Not everyday!
