I cant relate to this, or rather I think this 6th language is not a new one.

I live in Lagos,Nigeria. This is not an issue. Women have their time with their friends and men have lots of time to be with their friends or do their own thing.

How do you stay married if you dont have time by yourself and for yourself?

I guess this lack of a 6th love language is a western problem.
