In my part of the world when people sleep with other people while married, the first reaction from the onlooker/outsider is they lack self control and or greed. No one examines it or calls it fancy names. In the instances where the partner is tolerant, no one gets to know or he/she almost never has sex with the partner anymore.

This is stuff that fantasies are made of. But alas, its real. Enjoy!
